Utilising my technical foundation in garment construction, tailoring and alterations I worked as a repair technician for Patagonia Bristol's repair events.

 

As my mindset had shifted towards systems change and transforming our collective culture of dress it felt fitting to work in a company that grapples with these questions.

 

Patagonia acknowledges the dichotomy of creating products in a saturated market and depleted natural environment and seeks to address this through its design process, sourcing and production. Beyond this Patagonia's Worn Wear campaign and repair events work on this at a community level, encouraging a culture of repair. ​
